- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I decided to take my puppy here after reading the reviews but had a horrible experience. The staff is nice but pushy and do not explain anything. They push their "care plan" which is a total scam. Over $750 dollars for a year. When you try to cancel it, they want almost $200 dollars just to cancel it, which is ridiculous.
