- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Called multiple times and confirmed with multiple people the closing of my account. Not only was money not supposed to be taken out of my account after that, but afterwards I didn't receive the payment I was promised. It's been nearly a month and I was promised a timely refund, since the money shouldn't have been taken out anyways. Also got a letter yesterday that a recurring payment was set up for an account.... a month after closing it and confirming with Jeff, Selena, and Statefarm customer service. I am not getting a refund. I am a student and to have this happen is devastating.Take your business elsewhere, as Jeff Gardiner likes to steal from students without their authorization after they've already cancelled their policies ten times over. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Editing to add: 10/3 received a letter stating I owed a balance... for a policy I never said I wanted and was supposed to be cancelled regardless.
