- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The first red flag was when I left a message and the doctor called me back to schedule my appointment. His office staff is horrible! Phones are never answered and the only one who will return a phone call is Dr Yacoub. It also took 3 weeks to get my MRI approved because they never sent information that was requested SEVERAL times to my insurance company! I actually liked Dr Yacoub but his office staff has NO idea how to do their job! WON'T BE GOING BACK!November 05, 2017by Sarah Wegman
